A film that shows how courageous people on the high seas are fighting for our future - and how closely food, attitude, and responsibility are linked. "Hot Sauce on Cold Sea" offers a rare insight into the work of Sea Shepherd - beyond the spectacular images of chases or direct confrontations. Instead, the film takes viewers on board the Sea Eagle when she is in port: We get to know the crew, experience their daily life, and hear why they are fighting - against illegal fishing, plastic waste, and ghost nets.
